    Unusual Collection
As has been mentioned the art collection here is unusual as it has more international works that the traditional European or American standards. The collection was enjoyable to see (I spent 1.5 hours here), but is a bit pricey ($20 for an adult ticket). If you come via car know that there is free parking in front of the museum. Also keep in mind that the back of the museum offers a link to the river walk and about 8 minutes walking along the river walk, or 4 minutes by car, you can visit The Pearl, which is a upscale community space with shops, food and a brewery in an indoor/outdoor setting. We came here after visiting the museum for a beer and a pretzel.

A Very Good Museum - Lots to See
I visited almost all parts of the museum but probably didn't spend as much time in each area as I should have. I bought this as part of a hop on/off package and unfortunately was over ambitious when I chose the pkg. This is a very good museum - it has many interesting displays and a huge variety of sections based on different art forms. One of my favourites had to be the Egyptian area but each area had impressive collections. I was happy I took the time to visit - it did not disappoint. I only wish I had left more time in my schedule to spend more time there.
