Hike Caprock State Park, a Texas Gem! Amazing canyon, where the Bison roam! Fern cave, slot tunnels!!
Excellent guided day hike into Caprock State Park Fern Cave and tunnel slot! 6 miles, 5 hours moderately difficult. Perfect! #NerdyNative was lead guide, great knowledge of canyon, history, and geological features. My experience with Saints Roost started with a detailed email of what to expect then a personal call the day prior to ensure I was properly equipped and prepared for the day hike. I joined as a solo a small group of like-minded hikers. Thoroughly loved entire experience.

Fantastic Adventures Await!
Saint's Roost Expedition Company are the people to trust to give you exciting, informative, all around fantastic West Texas adventures! Booked the Pole Canyon Ranch Tour for my husband's birthday. We met our guide Dusty at sunrise on the Ranch. Couldn't have been a more beautiful start as the sun rose and lit up the red canyon walls! The half day adventure took us all over the 6,000-acre ranch. We drove (it's a LOT of ground to cover!) hiked and climbed to explore so many amazing areas of the ranch. Climbing down into slot canyons was an experience that you will only get from an expert guide. Dusty explains the history of the ranch, the land, and the wildlife. Water, drinks, and snacks are even provided. You don't have to weigh yourself down by carrying all the supplies yourself. Such an incredible experience less than a half day drive from Dallas. Don't miss it!!
