It holds so much promise!

Have anxiously waited each time I hear of someone thinking about renovations. Appears to be some current activity giving me renewed hope. This theater has a lot of potential and had a great downtown location.

    A Restoration work in progress
    This jewel of a theater, designed by the same person who designed San Antonio's Majestic Theater is a work in progress. We had the opportunity of peaking in the door and it has the same beautiful design as San Antonio's much loved and touted Majestic. Financial issues have prevented its full restoration, so at present it is a work in progress. .

    Not finished
    This once glorious theatre has been "in renovation" since the 1990s. It has never been finished which is sad for all. I saw Romeo and Juliet and Camelot here and it was a great venue.
