Not what we expected- but beautiful!
The historic buildings here are so beautiful! I came expecting a single large brewery, and it turns out the buildings that used to be Pearl Brewery have now been repurposed and there are a variety of different restaurants and breweries here. The one brewery we wanted to eat at (STERNEWIRTH) required reservations unless we wanted to sit outside and it was too cold.

San Antonio's Hang Out Spot!
Pearl Brewery is great place to gather, hang out, eat, drink, exercise, and take photos. On weekends there are farmers markets, music, and other events. Pearl Brewery has a great vibe, just a lot of positive energy. The area has many places to get a meal or snack, drinks, and just lounge around. There many shops, located around the facility, many local artisans show case their work. Pearl Brewery has access to the river walk, which connects it with Downtown, as well as a stop on the bus tours. Pearl Brewery is great place to spend an afternoon or night.
