A Nice Afternoon With The Nieces; Great Instructor.
I have not been to a BYOB painting class before, but many friends have, and they all highly recommend it. So, my niece organized this one for her sister and her visiting Aunts and I am glad she did. We stopped at a nearby wine, beer store and picked out some drinks to bring. I was surprised at how small the class was. Besides our party of 4, there was only one other person. Maybe it is because Painting With a Twist is a chain in this area of Texas, and with so many others to choose from, it brings the numbers down at each franchise. Where my daughter and her children go in PA, there is no chain, just a set up at a local wine shop or cafe, and the classes are always sold out, same as ones in MD where I live, they too are always sold out. Anyway, our instructor was very engaging and did a great job. We had a very nice time and all were quite pleased with their paintings.

My First Experience
Had never been to one of these before, but while visiting son and family, my daughter-in-law talked me into it. Although I think it would be more fun with a large group, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not having any artistic ability, I assumed my artwork would end up in the trash, but it actually looked pretty good! Not ready for the Met yet, but it is on our lanai!!!
