Yee-Haw! and Gee-up! A real find in the Ft Worth museum district
This museum is a real find and a jewel in the Ft. Worth Museum District. Very modern with some interactive exhibits. Located right across from Will Rogers (now the Dickies Arena), also features free parking with admission. Lots on Annie Oakley, the quintessential cowgirl, as well as cowgirls past and present. Inductees include Sandra Day O'Connor, Reba McIntyre, and Temple Grandin, many more. There's a saddle there that Roy Rogers bought for Dale Evans, and many other cool artifacts. Highly recommended.

Loved this museum
We thoroughly enjoyed this unique museum. My favorites were the Annie Oakley exhibit, the Wild West Show exhibit, and the panels on the walls upstairs that made you feel that you were literally looking out the window at beautiful ranch land. I could have looked at that all day. There are a few opportunities for free photo souvenirs. If you ride the mechanical bronco, be sure to email the video to yourself for a fun surprise. The museum is in a beautiful building, with nice staff.
