shady area for picnic
a nice view of the river from the picnic area which was very shady and comfortable on a 95+ degree summer day. The river is fishable from this location.

Nice Local Park
We stopped in here for the kids to play and decided to go get lunch and bring it back. It is a nice local park just off a main road. The playground is set out well for 5-12 yr. olds and has a curved slide. There is a large pavilion, picnic tables, BBQ grills, assorted bronze statues in different areas and plenty of parking. They have a fitness stations with 10 exercise stations. There is also a pond and water spray park. The bathrooms are not kept up as well as the park but they sufficed. The park is spread out and lots of room to run and play frisbee or with your four-legged friend.
