The mini-golf is on the challenging side, but the whole family enjoyed the afternoon
Most of the holes on the golf course are pitched one way or the other, which made it entertaining for the adults in our group but a little challenging for the kids. The kids had a great time playing anyways. Each hole has a placard describing some event or group related to WWII and the theme is woven throughout the course. The collection of WWII artifacts and memorabilia is small but fascinating (our little boys were awed by the rifles and machine guns). The playground (including a playscape that is a wooden replica of a fighter plane) and food trailer round out the location nicely. We had four boys ages 6 to 10 there for two hours and they were on the go the whole time. We got the yearly family membership and are thinking of using it both for full family outings and for date nights.
