Medio Creek Bridge, Texas, United States

5.0 (1 review) Spent Ranking #1 in Normanna Historic Sites • Architectural Buildings • Bridges

If you like to visit historic bridges, it is worth a stop

This truss bridge was built in 1897 and at one time was part of the main route from Beeville to San Antonio. It was closed to traffic in 1987, and it is now also closed to pedestrians. The wooden planks are not safe, so don't try. To find the bridge, from the main road to Beeville, take Normanna's Main Street to the west. In about 1 mile you will see the bridge on your left.
