One of the nicer convention centers
Good walk around place. Plenty of shade. Bring a lunch and sit walk around. Was able to do a quick bike tour. Quiet and nice. Bike an ounce is the way to go. Restaurants and food close.

Very nice!
I was here for a high school graduation ceremony. It was a huge auditorium with stadium seating and 3 large projection screens.

Low cost option
This is more of a motel than hotel. Not particularly pretty, but for the cost it was just fine. Booked through Priceline at the last minute. Friendly, courteous staff. Short walk to Whataburger. About a mile or two from the airport, so conveniently located.
