Shady business practices!!
Horrible! Told my daughter that "we just talked to your mother and she wants you to sign up for a membership".....come to find out my wife NEVER mentioned that to the employees at this location. I have called and talked to the manager and she said there is nothing we can do, you signed up for a 12 month membership and she has to honor that. Talking to the manager, "there is nothing in my notes indicating this happened"....so no one added in the notes that they are going to tell this young girl your mom approved the membership, I would hope not. Really shady business practices. Looking at all the negative reviews for this property...makes you wonder what is going on. Starts w/ management!

The worst massage envy I’ve ever stepped foot in.
Never have a ever been treated so horribly. I’ve never been to this location. All surrounding location have been wonderful especially Colleyville and Euless. This location was very rude and racial. I have been with massage envy for over 3 years and this location made me want to cancel my membership. I answered all questions related to Covid-19 and concluded the question with no. My appointment was canceled and I was asked to leave because she said I sounded a certain way. I sound the same way I always do. No it was more like I looked a certain way. Called back and asked to speak to a manager the lady would Not give me any information. I asked for the franchise owner contact or email. She then got every loud and and very rude. She said we can ask you to leave when ever we want and then got louder. I told her from the start I didn’t need any help with anything I just wanted to speak to a manager. This place is horrible !!!!! B.B.B will be contacted.

Worst service ever
I have been a Massage Envy client for a long time. I didn’t even complain when they continued to charge when they were closed due to COVID, but I can’t take it any more. I usually go to a different center and they were better, but since my wife “gifted” this membership from Southlake East, I had to go thru them for an issue I had. I held too long and then was told the manager would call me back but she never did. When I finally drove there two days later she said she told the staff to call me and give me all the details. But no one did and when I called there were no notes on my account like she said. I just don’t trust her or the system they use. Then when I gave up and said no more she didn’t care and then failed to disclose key info like now I couldn’t gift the massages I had already paid for. They don’t care, period. Thank goodness there are so many other options. I wish I had cancelled this poor service a long time ago.
