Most amazing bagel ever eaten!

Hubbel & Hudson Market and Bistro in The Woodlands. My daughter and I took her two little ones in for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Fall decor, fresh pumpkins, samples of carrot/orange juice were all enticing as we waited for our breakfast bagels to be prepared while we watched. Little ones pushed their own shopping cart around while we ordered our meal. We snatched up a few pieces of fruit and headed upstairs to eat. Best bagel I have EVER eaten filled with eggs and bacon or sausage and cheese and for only $4 each! Great serve yourself coffee as you wander through the store discovering all their neat products. Exceptional staff and service. Could not have been a nicer morning!

The Woodlands, Market Street and The Mall near Houston
Market Street in The Woodlands is a unique open-air square for shopping, dining, day spa, or seeing a movie, with a place for kids to play on the grass or in the fountain behind Tommy Bahama's. Watch for high-end sports cars cruising the square. My favorite shop is Maggie's Boutique, offering beautiful upscale decor at the front of the store, and unique ladies' clothing, jewelry and shoes in back. Numerous other shops, include Michael Kors, Marmi shoes, a Tommy Bahama store and restaurant, Tiffany's, Brooks Brothers, and Vinyard Vines to name a few. Casual and dressy-casual dining includes Jasper's, a sleek spot for steaks and chops with great outdoor seating to see and be seen. Don't miss the fries with melted Roquefort cheese. The Pot Belly Pig for great sandwiches, the always excellent LaMadeline's French bakery and bistro for lunch or dinner, and again the Tommy Bahama restaurant (try the Coconut Cloud Martini), good food and live music. Take a break at Starbuck's or Jamba Juice which share a nice outdoor space. Let the children run on the grassy central mall or play in the fountains day and night in back of Tommy Bahama's. See a movie at the theater. Check for special music, art, or holiday events on Market Street. The contemporary Bella Rinova Salon and Spa has some of the best hair stylists and colorists in the Houston area, as well as excellent spa services. HEB grocery is at one end of the area offers gourmet house-made foods. Across Six Pines road is The Mall and access to another movie theater and The Waterway. The Mall has Macy's, Dillard's and Nordstrom's (opening Fall 2014). Take the water taxi (access by valet parking) to one of the many indoor/outdoor restaurants and more fountains for playing. Grimaldi's Pizza is fantastic. Morton Steak House for lunch or dinner. Check out the storybook maze at the nearby library with another open grassy area for kids to run around. To get to Market Street or The Mall from Houston, take The Woodlands exit off of I-45, turn right on Six Pines (about 1/4 mi from I-45). Market Street is on the left, the Mall is across the street on the right.

Nicest little retail section in the Woodlands
This is a very nice retail section in The Woodlands with a variety of shops and restaurants. There is a movie theater, a few art galleries and best of all a cool open area park space with a splash pad fountain for the kids to cool off in during summertime. Traffic can move a bit slow during peak hours, some roads are one way so pay attention. There street parking and some parts around the green space employ parking meters but there are also parking lots nearby as well as a parking garage.
