So nice, updated & reasonable
This theatre is close by and usually has some great movies to see. Their prices are low and concessions reasonable. They also have several FREE TOPPINGS for your popcorn. All of their seating is new and 3 of their theaters are the luxury seating. They do not offer meal service like some of the big city places do. It's always a good experience to come to the Majestic 12.

Afternoon movie
While getting tickets, I was informed that the matinee price for the movie we wanted to see was two dollars more because the theater we were in had reclining seats. Funny thing was that only the front two rows on the floor below the screen were reclining seats. The rest was stadium seating in a big theater. Really? Not sure if it was true or not, but nothing at this theater surprises any more. Except maybe fast service at the concession stand?

AWFUL MANAGERS AND SERVICE
Awful staff was working the night of Nov, 10th. The manager behind the counter allowed another staff member to give away a free pickle and then ignored our service. THEN when I was talking to the manager simply wondering why he bent the rules for others, he acted like a child and started complaining about MY attitude.... I’m the customer and he was not in his right mind to be rude. Once I got talked to as if I was the “dumb and rude person” I got even more mad and called him a dumb ass for being a 19 year old child being rude to an adult woman customer. He refused to tell me his name to report to corporate and then had ME thrown out with 15 min left of the movie!! The manager did NOT even ask what happened and he completely made up the whole event. He told his manager I was angrily cussing and went to MY FAMILY and asked me to leave! I will be calling to corporate that my good friend is in with and reporting him. He’s 19 and thought he was a big shot. Wait and see what the world then has waiting for you..
