Family-friendly bowling, laser tag, pool, video games, snacks, and bar.
Main Event is a huge building filled with games and entertainment that includes bowling, laser tag, pool (billiards), and video games. The price for the laser tag is $5-7 per person and the games lasts about 15 minutes. About 20 people can play at once. It is a two story arena with good equipment. It is great fun for all ages (minimum height 48 inches). There is a large area filled with a wide variety of video games. They cost $0.50 to $1 per game. You can "earn" tickets for prizes in a small gift shop. There is a snack bar with mediocre pizza, hot dogs, etc. There is a bar with alcohol and a bowling alley. We have attended several birthday parties at Main Event and they are well-organized and fun for the kids. In my experience, kids aged 5 and above love this place. Teenagers and adults enjoy it too. Your wallet may not be so happy because each game costs money - but the prices are comparable to similar places.

    Good fun, bad food.
Best deal is $20 unlimited bowling till 2am. ? Eat elsewhere. I ordered the signature double patty Angus beef "main event burger" which will cost you just under $15. It tasted like charcoal. Burnt all the way through. The burger came with fries, they were alright. Just don't let them sit too long before eating or the bottom ones will get soggy. Don't get water from the bar, it tastes terrible. Get it instead from the fountain drinks station, it will be tolerable there. Lazer tag is fun, but expect long wait times to get a slot to play. I recommend at least playing once and listening to the instructions thoroughly on the TV when you walk in. In our case it was confusing because nobody could hear the TV over all the noise of putting the vests on. It's relatively easy to figure out though. The pool tables have no chalk. Bring your own if you want to play a decent game of pool. Personally I stay away from the arcades because I feel that the 'satisfaction:price' ratio is just not worth it. I hope this review helps someone go out and have a good time at this place and I hope the kitchen at this location gets better, but next time I'll just eat before I go.
