Beautiful Gardens
The arboretum is a peaceful place to walk around and enjoy looking at the gardens. There are plants blooming with flowers practically year round. The tulips and daffodils start in March and the rest of the garden puts on a show until the first winter blast of cold air, often late December. There is currently about 1 mile of trails through the gardens, with many benches along the way to rest and reflect on the beauty of nature. The admission price is quite reasonable and so are the annual memberships if you are a frequent visitor. A lovely place to spend time with family.

Lovely Spot to Visit
Although this park is under development, the sections that are completed are beautiful. Local trees and plants surround a meandering brook that has several small waterfalls and leads to a lovely pond with a fountain. A smooth concrete sidewalk surrounds, and goes through, most of the property. It is great for mobility carts; however, standard wheelchair users may require assistance with the hills. During your visit, you can enjoy both sunny locations and shady areas in a pine forest, while enjoying seasonal plantings.. This is a gentle outdoor experience. The admission price is more than reasonable. You can become a member, and volunteer positions may be available. This garden is a labor of love, and it shows! We will be returning for their special events throughout the year.
