Pedestrian Bridge
Lone Wolf Bridge is a preserved bridge us southeastern San Angelo. Across from Glenmore Park off Paint Rock Rd, it’s an interesting place to take a walk, have family, Senior, bridal or other pictures taken or enjoy a view. There’s a metal heart shaped cage at the eastern foot of the bridge where you can leave a lock with your special someone. There’s not much parking but I’ve never seen more than a couple of cars there at once. Younger children like being up high over the river. The bridge is lit up at night in seasonal colors. Nice addition to the city - go see it!

Serene setting of historic significance
I read a couple of reveiws and thought I'd go take a look. First off, park at the EAST end of the bridge! GPS put me at the west end, it is lonely, a long walk, and unprotected IMHO. Secomd, unless you enjoy the out of doors and find structures fascinating this isn't high on your list of things to do in San Angelo. Don't get me wrong, I am glad I went. BUT I sure wouldn't take teenagers there LOL unless its for a picnic. The river views are lovely and I waa completely alone when I visited med day on a Winter weekday.
