Great view of Buchanan Dam
We stopped at this visitor center to find more information about the area and scored an excellent picnic spot on an overlook behind the Center. The curator was very friendly and helpful. there are free maps of the entire Hill Country area, post cards and other small items for sale. But the best part was the picnic area overlooking the dam!
