    Perfection and Art
This place you guys have created is truly a work of art. The massive spiraling roots of the 100 year old trees alone are worth the hour drive it takes me to get there. When I’m here I feel so connected to nature. It’s like a little bowl of purity. I’m very grateful to have this place to escape to when it seems there’s too much going on in the world. One of the best sunset spots in in the area in my opinion. Thank you guys for creating and maintaining this space for us, I hope to one day bring my kids here. Perfect for all ages for whatever kind of nature experience you’re looking for! Highly recommend to take a moment to welcome yourself with the symphony of wind chimes and flower garden at the entrance!

    Muddy and crowded
My husband and I had heard of Krause Springs for years but went there for the first time on a Saturday afternoon in July. There were about 40 cars waiting to get in but were stopped because it was too crowded. Thank goodness for that because the place was very crowd, except for the gardens. When one car left, another car was let in. The gardens were beautiful. We were allowed to enter because we were attending a wedding reception at the pavilion on the premious. During our stay, we walked all of the trails, saw the pools and some falls. The main pool was too crowded so we avoid that area. The water below the pool was extremely muddy. I stepped in and my feet sunk into a foot of mud. So many people really had the mud stirred up. It was really nasty. Some people were hanging out under the falls but it was too crowded to do the same. There was an RV park as well. The RV park on the hill above the falls was the nicest. The sites were spaced out ok. Krause Springs is an interesting place to visit but $9 was a little high for the crowded conditions. I suggest going mid-week.
