    Clean Facility, Great Value for Seniors
    For around $25 a senior (over 50!) can join a clean, recreation center with access to a small, but never crowded, workout facility with new equipment. I live in walking distance and often visit as part of my walking routine and will do another 20 minutes on an elliptical. On the down side, should you have any interaction with the employees at the desk they are often quite reserve. Not rude, but appear they don't want to be approached as they are on their phones, reading a book or magazine. Also, they can't answer general questions and will call someone else in the building for help.

    Exercise destination
    Excellent bang for the buck. Week days are very light, which means short or no wait times for use of machines or free weights. Nice indoor walking/jogging track. Lockers available, bring your own lock. Basketball court available most days.
