Beautiful spot for a nice hike
The weather for our weekend getaway was much cooler then we anticipated, but this was the perfect distance for a hike. The park was open and free to enter and park. The hike to the well was easy and marked by signage. We were surprised at the small size of the actually hole (makes more sense why reservations are needed for actually swimming) but it is certainly beautiful. We returned to our vehicle by another route seeing even more of the area. So glad we went inspire of our lack of preparation for the temperature.

Little well with a deep impact
Not gonna lie. I thought the width of the well would have been bigger but it was absolutely beautiful to see. We didn’t go during swim season and that was because it was quiet and there were few others to take away from the beauty of nature. But we for sure will come back to swim soon!
