    Great Place to Relax
I stayed at Jackson Hill Marina twice within a 2 week period. First for a 2 day trip to prepare for a bass tournament, then for the tournament itself. The first time we were in cabin 23. It was small, clean, and had a tv. The beds were pretty bad...mattresses that sagged and a frame that walked around the room when you rolled over. The second time we stayed in cabin 9 and some friends stayed in cabin 11. Beds were still pretty poor, but the rooms were bigger. Number 9 had a table and chairs in addition to the beds and number 11 had a couch. Neither had a tv. We didn't care about tv anyway so that was no bother. These cabins each had ample parking for boat/truck combos and a firepit. We enjoyed our stay both times, used the marina store for ice and dinner once (good burger), loved being right at the boat ramp and close to some very good fishing holes on the lake. Jackson Hill is a perfect place to stay for a tournament out of Cassells Boykin park or on the north end of the lake. If I was going back to Rayburn for a relaxing fishing/camping trip I would consider going back to Jackson Hill. For an outing with my wife I would rent one of the many homes available on Sam Rayburn. We've done that twice and loved it.

    Coming Back!
From the main office store that had quite a few items and a really quaint sit down area to eat food to just the location on the north end of the lake we like the area.
