What a safe place to connect!
I am a beginner practicing yoga and I've been here for a month already and I love this place!! Sharon is such a gentle and generous soul who wants honestly to help you and guide you in your journey. I've been coming for a month so far I love the yogis, the people is very friendly and I feel safe and myself here practicing yoga. Classes are very well guided and they always and only ask you to listen to your body. I really like this place so just want to share my experience and if you want a real yoga place to connect with people and yourself don't think it twice and visit this center. Namaste.
