It's my back yard !!
Living on the 7th fairway of Slick Rock, I guess I know the course pretty well. If you want the course at it's best, show up October 15th thru The 2nd week of December. Like all Texas courses, summer heat can take it's toll on both the course and the golfers. Everyone wants to come to "The Bay" in the summertime. Do yourself a favor and come in the late Fall. It's by far the best season in the Texas Hill Country. Can't make the Fall? The Winter months come in a close second. Those that live here will tell you, except for boating, Summer is our least desirable season.

Highly recommend
Great course, challenging but not ridiculous. Greens and fairways were in great shape, greens really allow for ball spin. Very receptive. Very nice clubhouse, pro shop had lots of great stuff and staff was excellent. Great way to spend part of a day!
