Amazing Staff and Safety is priority!

I can't say enough great things about this place! I have 2 kids that are deathly afraid of heights so in booking this trip I expected that I would end up with the kids and letting my husband have all the fun. The Staff was absolutely amazing in getting both my kids to Zip Line. My oldest who is 12 did every single line. My youngest who is 9 would not do the first line or second line. The Staff was so positive and reassuring that they convinced her to try it and that they would be there to stop her and take care of her. She agreed and now I have a child asking to do it again!

    Family Vacation 2020
We were down in San Antonio on vacation and looking for something to do outside the norm of going to the Riverwalk. Very pleased we picked this one vs others. It is a short drive out in some beautiful country. We arrived at least an hour early since we went and had breakfast at the Magnolia Pancake Haus (which I highly recommend) and were worried about the wait there. The staff at Helotes Zip lines greeted us and were super friendly. They showed the kids the games they had they could play while we waited (Hook the ring and Jenga). The owner showed up about 20 min later as well as the other group that would be with us. Since we were there early, he paired up the two groups and we played some disc golf on the two closest holes of the course he has there. The two winners with the best scores got a free shirt and koozies! After that we got into our gear and they go over safety and do a practice zip on a line so you know what to do on the course. Very informative and knowledgeable staff. They will let you know everything you need to zip line and keep you safe. Our kids were 19, 12 and 8 and they had a blast! I would recommend going earlier in the summer because of the heat. We went at 12 because the morning slot was full and luckily the wind was blowing so it wasn't bad at all. The crew brings extra waters that you can carry in a pouch they give you. There is a porta potty on site as well. The view on top of the hills is amazing and it was such a fun time. There are nine lines on the course and it takes about two hours to get through all of them. I wish there were more because we had such a great time. Just an FYI, this requires physical strength to do. If you listen to what they tell you to do, it will be a much more enjoyable trip for you. If our 8yr old can handle it anyone can. Again, the guides on the course were great, funny and laid back. They work for tips so please tip them if they do a good job. The property is a family ranch that has been in their family for generations and they are trying to keep it going so go out and support them. Hope you have as good a time as we did. We will definitely be back.

    Great Time with the kids
The teens hadn't been ziplining since since Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon outside of Vegas... so, decided to give this outfit a shot. Very different setup from the Flightlinez group, but I was not disappointed! It was well run, and a fun time. They have a quick bootcamp at the beginning so everyone knows what to do, and what to do if they mess up. Then off to the lines. at 3 different points, you get off one line and right on to another (10 lines total). Robo, Michelle, and The guy who gave me an extra brake pad (Thank you!)... um,,, I forgot his name.(Sorry) kept things fun, and kept things moving. They checked our harnesses often to make sure we stayed secure.
