Four Seasons Excellence!!!
We loved our stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Irving, Texas! From the moment we arrived, every employee embodied excellence! We were always greeted by passing employees throughout the hotel. The fitness club & spa were first class! Our room was on the 4th floor, but we still had a beautiful view & we could see the Dallas skyline in the distance. We had room service 5 different times over the course of our stay (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch & 2 dinners). With that being said, the room service food is probably the BEST we have ever had & they have plenty of choices! This is truly a GREAT resort!!!

Beautiful place, great room , disappointing restaurant
Just stayed at this beautiful hotel in the Dallas area. Was truly impressed with both the natural beauty and the hotel facilities as well. My room was a gorgeous suite with 2 gigantic bathrooms and a lovely sitting room with a balcony to boot. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was disappointed for 2 reasons. Service was very slow it took over 20 min to put in a drink order to start with. Also the menu was not at all up to 4 Season standards. It was limited in scope and not very imaginative in nature. The steak I ordered was prepared as I like but was over spiced. Given we spent over $450 on diner for 3 I was not impressed. The hotel rooms and the grounds are truly beautiful but in future I will chose to eat somewhere else. Disappointing really.
