Interesting history here
I have been interested in the story of Cynthia Ann Parker for some time. We were able to travel here to see the fort and cemetery. There is a large monument with the Parker family on top and history of them, who was killed by the Indians, who was kidnapped and other info. The five pioneers were buried here in 1836. There are many nice monuments to check out.
