FlannelJax's Fort Worth (Roanoke), Texas, United States

High Energy Fun

My brother and I went to FlannelJax’s in Fort Worth 6/12. We had a great time. We are both very competing and enjoyed the skill games. Getting the axe throwing rhythm took a bit of time but with the store coaches help, we got into a good groove. This would be fun for couples, business teams, etc. Go and be challenged and have fun!

    Interestingly Fun!
Park any anxiety over axe throwing. A Flanneljax’s guide, safety advisor, and score keeper stays with you. We all got better at it, so convince the hesitant person in your party to go! The crosscut competition is bonus; take your slice home as souvenir.

    Fun for a Sunday afternoon!
This was the 2nd time we've gone to an axe throwing place & the first was fun but there wasn't anyone at company that helped us with game ideas so we had to come up with them on our own. Nathan was ready & went over the required rules & how to throw quickly and then had different games ready to go so we were not sitting around waiting or wasting time trying to figure out what to do.....you're having fun immediately. He gave pointers to help us all throw better but he wasn't overbearing or anything....was a great guy! Personally I think 1 - 2 hours for 4 people is plenty but if you had larger groups you'd probably want longer time.
