    Delightful experience
Went here on a whim and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It was very educational to taste the spirits in different ways and learn about the distillation and aging process. I’m usually just a wine drinker, but this won me over to trying spirits. Brad was a delightful host who led us through the tasting and made it a ton of fun. We would love to visit again some time.

    First time and neat building
On a trip back from Waco we took back roads to hit a few wineries along the way heading towards Marble Falls. Flanigans was one of the stops as we enjoy the different wine venues. It was easy to find right off of Hwy. 29. It is a great historical building and when you walk in you immediately see the staircase and the long bar. We were greeted as we approached the bar and were served by Ted who was very informative. The beautiful colored woodwork everywhere is carved so artfully. The wine tasting is your choice of 6 for $15 and the pours or slight. The glass is not included. The day we visited they were open from noon to 7. As we were finishing our tasting Kevin came over and we all were carrying on conversation. He was telling us how portions of The Newton Boys movie was filmed here. We enjoyed the conversation and seeing the preservation of an old building. Of course we enjoyed some of the wine as well. You can also you liquor tastings but we stuck to wine only.
