    Nothing missing, great merchants, local restaurants, farmers market, friendly people.
    Downtown Rockwall has been under re-development for a while and it is all coming together nicely. Saturday mornings farmers market, regular special events, friendly people/merchants and unique restaurants. It all makes for a nice experience.

    Unique, No Hustle & Bustle
    Ladies.... Spend a couple of hours in the downtown Rockwall Square, if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a typical shopping mall. To be honest, this is not a great place for a man to hang out. There are some unique shops for ladies and girls in general to browse around. My wife and two girls enjoy going once every few months, but I have zero interest as a man. My son also has zero interest. There are a handful of restaurants offering a nice variety of dining choices for lunch or dinner, depending on what time you visit. I prefer Oscar Delta, The Londoner and Route 66 Diner personally, but there's also Zapatos, the Fatted Calf, Bin 303 and Trevinos. Check online and consider visiting during the farmer's market or when they have live music on weekend evenings. Cheers.
