Stop and Taste some Interesting Bourbon
Was looking for a spot to take a break between Austin and Houston and this was perfect. Had a tasting of Bourbon but passed on the vodka. Had a little tour of the facility and a nice chat with the gentleman running the joint. Bought a bottle of Bourbon because you just have to support local business and besides it was good. There was plenty of space to let my small dog take a break too.

A Wonderful Surprise.
We stopped in to taste some local bourbon and were pleasantly surprised. The building looks like an old train depot and was lovely. It smelled divine. And my guys loved the bourbon. The tastings are free and very professionally presented. We enjoyed talking to the bar keep who was very knowledgeable about how bourbon is made. And the bottles look like glass guitars. Beautiful. It was a fun stop.
