Showing its age.
The XD screen is nice. The staff is also nice. The knock is it’s really showing its age. The seats are very, very worn and need work. Also they could mop the restrooms a bit more between movies. I hope they fix things up a bit soon.

Roanoke Cinemark Theater
At this location the seats are some of the most comfortable I have ever sat on ! Usually pretty clean , and it's very nice. They also have a few restaurants around incase you want to grab a bite to eat before or after the movie. As well as of course having there own good concession area with all sorts of goodies.

Love this place
After 30+ years of living in Dallas and getting to the theater 30 minutes early to sit together, this is now our go to theater. Reserved Seating is GREAT! It's roomy, comfortable and clean. They don't serve meals here unless you want a hot dog or typical theater snacks but the food is decent. (Honestly the food at the other places is just ok. We go there if we don't have time to eat before the movie). Lots of places to eat in Southlake and Roanoak prior to the movie. If you have a reserved seat, you don't have to get there early and can enjoy a local restaurant.
