Gem on the TJC Campus
I grew up coming here on school field trips. It has been expanded and remodeled and is truly a treasure of a museum for our size city. Love to lean back in the chairs and let the stars soar overhead.

Worth the Visit
This out of the way museum is a great place to spend a few hours, especially for children. We were surprised to see the impressive movie theater that shows different movies throughout the day. The exhibits were a little on the slim side, in fact you can see virtually every exhibits in less than one hour, hopefully there are plans to enhance that part of the museum. Price is right, especially if you fit into child, student or senior age group. I do recommend buying the all day pass since the movies are pretty much on the hour and each last about 35 minutes. A little disappointed that almost the last 15 minutes of every movie we saw “preached” about global warming, climate change, doom and gloom if we did not stop using electricity and driving our cars.

Unexpected!
Visited today on spring break with the kids age 9 and 12. Wasn't our first choice but looking for something inside because of the weather. Quite unexpected and everyone had a great time with the experiments and the shows. Glad we went! Great value too.
