The Cain Center sits in the heart of the beautiful, 85-acre Cain Park, surrounded by beautiful oaks and pines. The Cain Center has a full service athletic facility including a junior Olympic indoor pool, and meeting facilities. Guests staying in local hotels are provided complimentary access during their stay in Athens by showing their hotel room key to the attendant. Open Mon-Fri 5 a.m.-9 p.m., Sat 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Sun 1-6 p.m.

Live, Work, and Play
The Cain Center has been a vital part of Athens for years. Olympic sized pool, Basketball gym, work out equipment (machine and free weights), adult, youth and College softball fields. We in the pool where our children are a part of the local swim team, on the running track around the park, or on the ball fields...

Relaxation and Exercise?
The Cain Center and Park is a great facility for a variety of activities. It hosts the opportunity for outdoor sports (baseball and soccer) as well as a walking track through woods, a pond for bird watching, pet walking, children playing inside fenced areas, and an indoor work-out facility with a fantastic pool! It's a awesome place! We are fortunate to have such a place in a small town, located on 19 South of the downtown area of Athens.
