Time and money well spent!

My sister and I really enjoyed our time at the Buggy Barn recently. Pistol Packin Paula was very informative. She showed us how the seating can be converted in some of the buggies. Another employee shared a couple of humorous stories about a buggy and the barn. My sister had been there before when a movie was being filmed and she enjoyed that also. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

    Blanco Buggy Barn
What a great side trip!!! My grandsons (ages 16 and 10) and I were on our way to Burnett & Inks Lake, passed this fascinating attraction and whipped a quick Uturn to go back :) Very interesting, lots to see with great information presented about each piece/display. The owner is very personable and has great stories to tell. Did I mention there's a live buffalo that likes to play with a tetherball??? Absolutely worth a stop

    Fun for all ages
We were taking our time between Fredericksburg and Austin and stopped at the Buggy Barn Museum. I had done some research online and when I first came across this attraction my mind went to buggy......bugs.....insects.....duh! On a Thursday morning we had the place to ourselves. Enjoyed poking around the barns with carriages and wagons. It reminded us of the Coach Museum in Lisbon, Portugal. Lots to see in the buildings and around the old west town.
