Beware - There are MUCH better options out there- insensitive, non-responsive and way overpriced.
    1. Wayyy over priced! I was charged $6,000 to pick my mother up- embalm her and then fly her to Arkansas where we had arrangements with another funeral home for the service and burial. (Literally this was for embalming and transport only). I have since checked into pricing and they are about 2 1/2x higher than the average! I can only imagine how much more expensive this would be if we had actually used them for services). 2. While making arrangements with them I was actually handed a barcode in a picture frame and was asked to go online and give them a review right there in the office before I had even finished signing the paperwork. 3. I received a text asking for a review again before we could even get through the funeral. 4. I have called and left messages because it has been almost a month and I still don’t have the death certificates back and I can’t get Abby on the phone to find out about them.

    BUYER BEWARE!! SMOOTH CRIMINALS
BUYER BEWARE!!! The director, Gerald Clark, is nothing short of a shady, poker-faced con man who takes advantage of the vulnerable during their most dire crises. Do your homework and check out other options before going here. this place is a total rip-off! Options to find caskets at over half what they charge should be mentioned. Options to eat at another place than their $32 a plate small dining room with mediocre food should be told to the customer. If your family needs more than five chairs at the burial site, then the fee is $300 to rent ten more cheap chairs!
