Delicious and Very Enjoyable and Interesting
We drove to this Winery from Dallas, TX. It seemed like it was out of the way and it was! It is about an hour's drive East of Dallas. The signage to get here was non-existent. We had to stop and ask two people in town before we found the place. Then, once you have found it, you go down this little tiny road to get to the Winery. You sign up for a tasting of four samplers of wine from a choice of 4 categories. The wine was great. I bought some bottles to take home which was in itself an experience when you are traveling by plane! Food is available to order with the wine pairings. Food was delicious. Everything about this place from the ostriches in the front to the tasting room to the entry hall was just wonderful. It is a worthwhile trip off the beaten path through back roads in Texas.

The VIEW
Saturday day trip to Saint Jo, TX, discovered this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of wine, which was very good. The one outstanding thing about the place is the location, sits on a high point and you have a view you will never forget. Pet friendly, if you sit outside, not welcome in the covered patio area.
