"Awesome place to trail ride"
My friend and I went on a trail ride with Monica today and it was the best time. We both have stressful jobs and it was so relaxing riding the trails around Lake Ray Roberts. She picked the perfect horse for our ability and gave us some riding tips on the trail. Monica is friendly and put us at ease during our ride. We will definitely go back.

Horseback Riding with Monica at Black Mustang Ranch
We love horseback riding with Monica at Black Mustang Ranch. My 14-year-old daughter and two friends went riding yesterday and loved the experience. Monica took good care of the girls, and the girls got to venture into the water a little bit with their horses. Monica took pictures during the ride for me (I didn't choose to ride this time) and air-dropped them to my iPhone upon their return. Monica is knowledgeable and very friendly. We have ridden with Monica in years past a few times and have always had a nice and safe experience.

Best trail horses in Texas
We had a large party, nine of us. There were three young boys 11 yo, who were moderate riders and the rest adults. Our horses were incredible: alert, attentive, energetic and obedient. Not to mention the owner Monica, led our group. What a pleasure. We live in the area and visiting friends and family always want to ride horses. I give Black Mustang Ranch 5 stars for excellent service, positive friendly attitude and fabulous horses (not barn spur). Can’t wait to come back.
