    Go see the Tyrant Lizards!
For reptile fans of any age this is a must see. Put your nose to a life sized T-Rex and see how you feel! Sit on a dinosaur! See how ginormous pterodactyls really are. It's also good the tour is just for you. They don't add in other people to make up numbers. Our guide was up to date on the latest Dino finds and facts. This wasn't just a "hey we build dinos", there was so much more background behind it and very educational. Seeing the models in various stages of being built and then how they are finally sent out to the world and what happens to them when they come back is intriguing. Then you have the different disciplines from the mechanics and animatronics to the skeleton accuracy (ask how they really hold their wrists) to the skin creation and painting. A mention of the oversized bugs, they're bugs but the detail put into them is worth a closer look. Best thing we've done in Allen in 20 years. I still think they thought I was joking when I said I wanted to buy one.

    Unusual Tour For All Ages
Highly recommend the adult tour, especially with a group of about 15-20. The price per person is worth it, especially if you all split the cost. We went on a weekday morning with a group of seniors and thoroughly enjoyed looking at a large warehouse FULL of a large variety of life-sized dinosaurs. Tours are reserved and 7 days a week. The warehouse has NO air conditioning and we were all sweating in about 30 minutes. You're told how the dinos are made, maintained, and made to move. The last 30 minutes are in an air conditioned room, in chairs, to watch a small dino move. All questions are answered by a friendly tour guide.
