    Fun but expensive.
I enjoyed how fast the lazy river moved. I enjoyed the wave pool as well. The food was too expensive. I can't imagine a family of 4 going often with entrance fees and food since they don't allow you to bring in anything, even water. The grab bars to enter the activites need covers. They are metal and got super hot to the touch rendering them useless in the afternoon. Also, they need better signage everywhere. At the entrance, they set up 4 lanes each for a specific group but had not signs and the staff didn't bother to announce what they were doing. The huts that distributed the waiver wrist bands also had no signs. Finally a worker came thru and explained the two lines. He left to continue cleaning so the people after me had no clue. Also, a park map in the front by the large splash pad would have been helpful. The park should stay open later to allow patrons to take advantage of all the activities. It was way too hot for the rock wall, zip lines, etc.

    Nice Facility But....
Big Rivers is a nice facility with plenty to keep you busy for a couple of days. The slides were all working while we were there and all of them were fun. We ziplined our first day and had a good time. The place is obviously operated by people who car and want to be great however the people make it not so great. I am referring to customers and *some* employees. The Zipline staff were awesome! They did a great job and we have fun. However, at the waterpark there was SO MUCH cutting in lines it was ridiculous and I had to start speaking up about it. I am not sure what the place can do about customer behavior but they didn't seem to even try. The worst part though was at the end of our day on the blue/white tube slide. My wife and daughter were waiting at the bottom for us. They got to go on the pink tube slide twice while my son and I were in the blue line. The employee at the bottom was so belligerent that he intentionally sent tubes up slowly. He even turned off the conveyor at 7pm
