Family Affair
I planned a special weekend to celebrate my dad's 87th birthday. We had 4 generations gathered and contacted Mike for a tour of the lake that would accommodate and be of interest to everybody from 87 to 5 years old. Mike delivered. He was very flexible, not only with his schedule, but also with what we wanted to see on the tour. Mike's familiarity with the Lake and its history is impressive. His boat is comfortable and his warm personality added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Big Cypress Tours, you won't be disappointed.

Morning cruise on Caddo Lake
This was a floating History lesson! Mike is an excellent captain as well as a font of information about Caddo Lake and the history of the area. We cruised in the morning when the lake wasn’t quite so crowded. Would recommend Mike and his boat any day!

Great private tour on 24' Pontoon
We contacted Michael regarding a private boat tour based on the recommendation of our rental host as well as the excellent Trip Advisor reviews. We wanted a sunrise tour where we could continue our social-distancing. Michael arranged to take just the 2 of us on his 24' pontoon boat. We met him at the marina and we underway at 6:00 a.m. We had a 2 hour tour. Michael has been out on Caddo Lake since he was a child and his knowledge of the lake, the history, and the ecology of the area are a real bonus to the tour. We got exactly what we wanted and truly enjoyed our boat tour. It was the highlight of our stay in Uncertain, TX.
