My teen daughter when to All about me for a facial. Once she was taken to the treatment room. The young lady doing her facial asked if she wanted a facial mask and not being aware there was an additional charge for this, she said sure. When she went to pay for the service, at that time she was advised of the additional cost. I had sent her with cash enough for the facial and a tip. She was supposed to go to the grocery after this. Instead of being to go and purchase groceries, she used she part of the grocery money and had to return home. Not having enough money to buy what was needed. I called the Spa and asked to speak the a supervisor or the owner. She was not available and I asked for a call back. Provided my name and number. I called twice a week for 3 weeks each time I was assured the owner would get my message. Many times I was told I see the note to Beth. To this day I have not received a call. While we may not be regulars I have frequented this spa and referred others. I feel that my daughter was taken advantage of due to her inexperience, now feeling self conscious of her face. I just wanted to speak with someone about her experience. But seems it didn’t matter and explains the high turn over of staff.

Convenient and offered variety of services
I have been here many times but mostly for massages or facial. You are greeted nicely as soon as you enter and offered a variety of beverages several times during your visit. This was the first time I went for a mani/pedi. The business has been open for some time and it might be a good time to spruce it up a bit, especially since there are soooo many spa businesses to choose from. The waiting area is nice but tables worn and the chair I sat in was worn. The nail salon definitely needs some attention. The mani area is small and the sink area was VERY unattractive with stains on the counter and walls that looked like hard water deposit all over. A touch up of paint would do wonders. The nail techs all seemed to do good jobs and my experience was good with nails looking nice afterwards. They work timely and interact with you if you wish. The pedicure chair does have a massage but I had to ask and regulate it myself. They do not use plastic liners in the foot basins. I also noticed they have a bin of solution that they throw the used files and clippers in for a short time and then take them out and drain them to reuse them I assume. It all didn't seem as sanitary as I expected or that I have experienced at other "Day Spa" in the area. I really like the location and parking is never a problem and you can usually get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The massage therapists I have used before are all professional as well. I just think a little attention to sprucing up the place would help make it more inviting in some areas.
