Making Family Memories
We have been to see Eric at WinRock Shooting Range many times. We have been looking for something to bring the family together as a whole.... We found it here. Nothing else has been so fun and relaxing as seeing us all improve and learn how to handle firearms correctly. My good friend and i even shot the barret .50 cal, what a thrill!! Come see Eric soon...

Fun for first timers and old pros
This is an outdoor range like no other. The atmosphere here is much more friendly and fun than any other range I’ve visited. It’s a perfect place people of all experience levels. They have fun rental guns, including full autos and a 50BMG! They also offer private and group lessons, carry classes and regular matches that are very addictive, even for beginners. This is a must for anyone living nearby of visitors to surrounding destinations. The range is located inside Windrock Park which offers cabin rentals, camping and off road vehicle rentals. It’s a great place to spend a few hours or a few days.

Excellent location and helpful, friendly staff
I was visiting good friends in Knoxville that are regulars at this range. I had never been to a range to practice before, but had a lot of trust in them that this was the place I needed to go. Right away the staff made sure I had everything I needed for my safety as well as the safety of everyone else. Even though I was a newbie to a range, I didn't feel uncomfortable at any time during signing in. Eric, the owner, came over to talk to us, and gave me some great pointers. He brought out a couple of different items for me to try, and helped me properly hold and aim. This was the best range experience I have ever had since, and hope to go again next time I am visiting my friends in the area. I really did have fun, and how can you not enjoy the beautiful Tennessee backdrop. Thanks for the great time!
