Urban Air
I went to Urban Air for one of my friend’s birthday parties, and it was a lot of fun. I’d rate it 100% in every category, except STAFF. The staff at Urban Air was a 0%. Very disappointing. My friends and I were in line for the zip line (which by the way was NOT EVEN WORTH IT) and they called our blue bracelets over the speakers. The guys that were working the zip line made us leave when we were next in line. We went to the front desk, and this man said he couldn’t do anything about it because we already had 2 1/2 hours. WRONG! We were only there for 1 1/2. It was very frustrating because they gave us the wrong bracelets in the first place. At least the man gave us the right bracelets in the end. But it was too stressful for a ten second 7-ft zip line. ? Overall, I DO NOT recommend Urban Air, try Above All or Altitude, which are also in the Nashville area.

Staff clueless and unhelpful
I would NOT come back here again. Came with 3 10 year olds and they had fun but the staff didn’t know any of the promotions, rude and unhelpful when we asked questions.
