Top Golf
Top golf game was really fun!! The food was a decent portion and had good flavor. Games around the grounds was good for about an hour and a half. We played corn hole, ground chess, and Jenga. It started raining so we didn’t play the miniature golf. It was just green turf and blocks no theme. If you are going to go plan and reserve a bay at least a day before. You can go sign in they will take your cell number to text when a bay is ready. We did walk in and waited 3 hours. I won’t do that again. While we waited we ordered loaded nachos and some soft drinks. They kept it open for bar only. Once we got a golf bay we had to give card again to pay a for food we ordered there and our golf game. Our group decided to pay for an hour to see if we were tired and we could add up to 1 more hour. We decided to add 30 more minutes and we could not with out attendant. It stalled our game 5-10 min that we have to pay for. We didn’t get that back. We had a wonderful bay attendant Brittany and all the others we encountered was very nice. Two different folks brought the bill over before game was over to pay and sign. That also took away from our ⏰ timed game time. Our family will probably go again at some point but do things differently so we maximize our game time.

Dehumanizing Staff
Jagger was the best server we’ve ever had. Exceptional service completely. When it came to the manager (red shirt) Rhonda, it was horrendous. Rhonda cursed and threatened us until my entire group left because there was 48 seconds left and we had 4 balls out. If she hadn’t come over and shoved the 4 balls in our face for the last 48 seconds we could’ve easily finished the game. Rhonda has a power complex issue. She was upset and threw our clubs onto the range (over $4000 worth of clubs). Also, she told her employee “you’re new so I probably won’t hold it against you but these people suck”. I wouldn’t let this manager manage my pet fish. I hope Topgolf can take care of this issue so nobody else has to go through this. If I could give sub zero star reviews this would be beyond that. I thought a camera crew was going to appear and tell us we were on some reality TV show because of the level of disrespect, anger, self pity, disregard of human life, and compassion towards us over absolutely nothing. For the sake of everyone’s safety steer clear of Topgolf until this unstable human is gone.
