Located a short drive west of Nashville on I-40, this was the place Johnny Cash used to escape from public life. Now the Storytellers Hideaway Farm and Museum in Bon Aqua, TN is a must-stop for anyone interested in knowing more about the man behind the country music legend, as well as the region’s rich history. We have an extensive collection of Johnny Cash and classic country photos and memorabilia, including the famous One-Piece-At-A-Time Cadillac, created from Johnny’s own song of the same name. The Hideaway Farm belonged to Johnny for over thirty years. Come see the house where he lived, and the land that he loved, the place he called “the center of my universe.” Visitors are welcome to savor the peace and serenity of the 8 acres that surround the house.

AMAZING
The most wonderful tour we have ever been on. Beautiful and peaceful, you are invited to make yourself at home. There is also a wonderful car museum that includes Cash’s “One Piece at at a Time”car, Minnie Pearl’s Cadillac, and Johnny Paycheck’s decked out Cadillac. We also enjoyed a mini concert by his nephew, Mark Cash, son of Tommy Cash. Mark told several stories about his “Uncle Johnny”.

Incredible Tour.
Found this little gem on a recent visit to Nashville. For the small price we paid for the tour, we were made to feel like part of the family. We were even offered a sandwich.!! You get to look around the farmhouse and grounds and you end up in the garage with the "one piece at a time" car. You meet Mark Cash (Johnny's nephew) who sings you a few songs and is happy to spend time chatting to you about his memories of his uncle. A true gentlemen. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has any interest in Johnny Cash.
