Southern hospitality
I got tied up and didn't make it to the Springfield Antique Barn until later in the afternoon - 20 minutes before they close to be more specific. One of the employees was turning the open sign to closed. I figured I would catch it open the next time I came into town, so I turned around to head back to the car. The man opened the door and told me I could come in but there were closing in 20 minutes. He didn't have to do this as it was my fault I didn't get there earlier. I came in and cautiously watched my time as to not be rude and over stay my welcome. Springfield Antique Barn is massive. It was hard to gauge when I first came in but the building is huge. There are two levels and many booths to browse around. There is so much to see, you for sure need more than 20 minutes, so I will definitely be back the next time I come around. When I got up to the counter to check out the owner and I chatted for about 10 minutes. When you visit the Springfield Antique Barn you really feel at home. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Put it on your list when visiting Springfield, lovely place and owner/employees.

Nice antique store
Nice antique store. While the building is obvious old, it was clean and relatively comfortable on a hot day. The individual booths were neat and organized. The owner and consigners were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable.
