Great run
Very nice trail run. Usually not many people on the trail. People know to get over if they hear a runner or bicycle. Some parts are really narrow but that's the fun of it. The top is awesome. What a view of all the mountains and towns.

Great run

Beautiful
This hike is very popular with hikers, runners and bikers. It's a nice soft path with wild life (birds, chipmunks, snakes, deer and seldom a bear) and beautiful plants (love eating the blackberries along the way). At the top you can climb the tower and see at 3 counties: Unicoi, Elizabethton and Washington.
