Try the 'oddballs'

We tried a sampling of the dry wines and found them 'OK' till we got to the specialty wines - Cherry and the unfortunately named Crapple! We ended up buying a bottle of each, as my wife loves cranberries (Cranberry-apple, thus the name), and Cherry is unusual enough for me to try more than a tasting.

    Meh.
Sampled all the wines and bought 3 bottles. The samples tasted interesting so I bought two reds. Absolutely terrible. They have a chemical taste to them. I ended up pouring the rest of one bottle and figuring that it just was a bad batch, but the next bottle tasted worse. The third bottle I gave away to someone who was not a close friend. I have read other reviews which mentioned the "chemical" taste to the wine. It is a possibility that they use plastic containers to store the wine rather than metal or wood. I would not recommend.

    A little surprised
This winery is very out of the way for anyone traveling I-75 between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Too many wines to choose from and many of them tasted the same. I would also agree with Jan G. that there wasn't much of an alcohol taste to the wines.
