Hydro Biking on Norris Lake
We took a 6 pm guided hydro bike tour around Norris Dam and it was GREAT. The tour guide John was very knowledgable about the history of the dam as well as the lake area and provided many interesting facts. Norris Lake is like none other in East TN. The serene warm clean lake is so inviting. The natural surroundings were amazing and our timing impeccable. The sun setting, the mist rising and the cool breeze returning to dock, made our experience perfect. The hydo bikes were an ideal way to experience it.

Spring & Summer 2014, are we there yet?
Spring and Summer 2014 can't come fast enough to experience once again Norris Paddling Adventures! Pursuing Norris Paddling Adventures several times last year 2013 has been such great fun. To enjoy this escape-filled elixir out there on the open waters is rejuvenating and solace for the soul. The owners leave a lasting impact, obvious by the hallmark reviews. It's January 2014, and we can all count down until those kayaks are out there once again creating wake and paddling through the awesomeness of the beauty all around at Norris Lake. http://www.NorrisPaddlingAdventures.com

Excellent experience
We rented stand-up paddleboards and hydrobikes for our last day of fun on Norris. We were new to paddleboarding, and John was a fantastic teacher and coach - ensuring we all stood up and felt confident quickly so we could enjoy our time. We had our 15 year old and our 9 year old with us, and they were able to do both activities (though the bike pedals were barely reachable for our 9 year old). We will definitely rent from Norris Paddling Adventures again when we come back to the lake!
