    Wine Tour
Beautiful vineyard and tasting room. Great live music. This would be a great place to have your wedding or family gathering. They have a B&B near by that you can stay at. There are two other winery's in the area you can visit too. All of them are great

    Wine Divas Unhappy
This was our 2nd time visiting this location on the four winery wine tour which includes Keg Springs, Amber Falls, Grinders Switch & Natchez Hills wineries. On our first visit to Natchez Hills, Ms. Karen was very nice and went beyond just wine tasting to give a short tour of the property which is stunning and she showed us what it had to offer. She told us about upcoming events and shared some wonderful & funny stories as well. We bought a lot of wine, left happy and told her we would be back. We returned recently with double the number of people we had last time and was serviced by Ms. Karen's husband, Jim. He wasn't friendly AT ALL and we found out they only had dry wines available for purchase. A couple of people who like dry wine made purchases and some bought freezer paks but he would not sign the wine tour sheets for the people who didn't make purchases. All the other wineries signed our sheets regardless whether someone purchased wine. They were nice and happy we came and wine was purchases at all wineries. As a group we bought a lot of wine from the various wineries on the tour. I personally brought home eight bottles of wine overall and some people in my group purchased even more. Jim said we had to purchase wine to get his signature but we couldn't purchase what wasn't there. We traveled over an hour to do this tour and for him not to sign our sheets was poor customer service since it wasn't our fault they didn't have any semi sweet or sweet wines to purchase. Just the fact that it was our 2nd visit, some purchases were made and we traveled over an hour to get there should've been enough for us to get our wine tour sheets signed. Jim wasn't personable and seemed uninterested in servicing us and it's sad because our wine group love supporting Tennessee wineries. Needless to say we won't be going back. Sorry Karen, we love you though.
